I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to my client Bonnie Janowsky, who brought in a beautifully made, hand-carved wooden grouse (a game bird), and entrusted my wife and me to pack and ship it to her son Bill in Colorado.
This unique item was intricately carved with such detail by one of Bill’s friends and mentors in Niagara Falls, who wanted Bill to have it as a memento of their friendship.

After the item was safely delivered, Bonnie came in to our store and joyfully exclaimed, “Well, the grouse safely landed on Bill’s front porch.”
