For your convenience, and to enhance social distancing, we have added a prepaid drop off bin in the back of the building. If you drive to the back, using the bowling alley driveway, the door next to the dock door is clearly marked and open during regular business hours. Just walk inside, drop your package, and please acknowledge one of our team members from a distance, so that they can enter the package into our system.
Please note that we are unable to accept any Amazon returns with the QR code printed on them. Those packages have to be taken to any UPS Store location; the closest one to Grand Island is located in the Wegman’s plaza on Military Road in Niagara Falls. If your package already has a barcoded UPS label, ready to be scanned and given to UPS, we will gladly accept those. If unsure, please call us first and we can advise accordingly: 716-773-6300.
During these unprecedented times, we want you to know our doors remain open and we are here to help. To comply with the Executive Order of the Governor, all guests must now wear a cloth face covering, such as a fabric mask, scarf, or bandana, over their mouth while shopping or shipping at our store. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work through these trying times together.
Finally, please note that we have just put up a new screen on one of our counters (the second screen is coming soon), in order to provide additional safety measures for our team members, all of whom are bravely working diligently during this pandemic. We are inundated daily with sentiments and gifts of gratitude for staying open, and we are trying extremely hard to balance that with safety of our guests and our amazing team. We sanitize our credit card terminals after every use, and sanitize door handles and external surfaces repeatedly throughout the day.
We are grateful for the incessant support of our guests and our community for helping us navigate the retail landscape in shipping and printing through these unchartered waters.
