Two months ago, Seema and I traveled to Minneapolis to Postal Dispatch Business Center, another store in our industry, which specializes in commercial printing for its clients. John Koplos, the owner of Postal Dispatch, along with his gracious wife, Denise, hosted us for 3 days and trained us in new printing services for our store. One of these services is making notepads in house. After we came back, we purchased a padding press and other relevant items required to make these notepads. This month, we began marketing this service to our guests and clients. Jim Niland, an islander and dear friend, needed some of these notepads made for his new insurance business. We were glad to help out. Not only did we make the pads for him, we also saved him some money.
As our business grows, we listen to our community members for all the new ideas and then try to add them slowly into our growing mix of services. If you need notepads, in any size, definitely ask us to provide you with a quote. You’d be surprised how easy and affordable this service can be. What’s more, you can use these notepads to market your business or your event. They’re great for weddings and other celebrations too. Since all the notepads are designed and printed in house, we can control much of the cost.
Working with other stores in our industry from across the country and learning from their service offerings helps us grow our own business and become better everyday, allowing us to serve our guests with even more enthusiasm and newer services.
