Danielle and her husband Tim, a chef with over 20 years experience in the food industry, have opened a great new eatery called “Eggsquisite Eats,” located in the former “Theodore’s” location at 1752 Grand Island Blvd. They serve breakfast and lunch all day and have a very eclectic and mouthwatering menu, including belgian waffles made from the same mix that is used at Disney. “I’m a Disney girl,” smiled Danielle, when she told us about the choice of waffle mix.
Danielle’s daughter Gabriella runs the errands for Eggsquisite Eats; Megan is the name of the manager at this experiential dining place. Erica, one of the amazing servers with a smile, served us on a recent visit.
Before the eatery opened, Danielle approached us and was looking for a quality menu printing solution that was also cost effective. She needed both menus for the eat-in crowd as well as menus for take-out only. We were able to show her different options and finally settled with the following two: Tear-proof / waterproof specialty paper for their in-house guests’ menus (for ease of cleaning and reuse), along with yellow colored ledger paper (folded in half) for their takeout menus. We printed and delivered the initial menus to Danielle and her staff just in time for their opening day, which was Monday, October 7th. Everyone is loving the quality of the in-house menus and the yellow color of the takeout menus, which matches the brand.
We highly recommend this place and welcome your comments after you’ve eaten there. Grand Island is bustling with new businesses and Eggsquisite Eats is a welcome addition.
