One of my friends on the Island, Jon (whose wife is soon to be a business neighbor at the store), bought a guitar some years ago. He only played it 3 times and that was the end of his music career. His wife told him to sell it on eBay since it was still in “like new” condition.
He sold it on eBay and was very happy with the price, with the exception of one thing: he did not know how to pack it properly so his buyer would receive it unscratched.
He came to me and I told him that my wife & I would be delighted to pack & ship the guitar for him.
Needless to say, it was a stressful job, mostly because the guitar was WITHOUT A CASE! My wife packed it diligently and after it was received, Jon posted the following comment on Facebook:
I was honored to do this job for Jon and so happy that it all worked out in the end.
