Have you ever traveled to an amazing destination and right before you leave, you realize that you have left something behind in your hotel room? Five years ago, we began picking up guest lost and found items from a couple of hotels in our area. This year, we have officially launched this service to include all of Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
We are currently servicing almost two dozen hotels and the list is growing steadily.
Twice a week, especially in the summer peak months, someone from our team goes to each hotel and picks up lost and found articles that have been left behind by guests. There is no cost to the hotel; the pickup, fulfillment, packing and shipping fees are all paid by each guest.
