One of the most satisfying parts of my job is doing good for others in the pack & ship world. Recently, I helped my dear client and friend, Rose, from Grand Island, get back her cell phone, which she left at a hotel in Clearwater, Florida.
The staff at the hotel was not very cooperative; so, I made a label, emailed it to the hotel and when they couldn’t call FedEx for a pickup, I scheduled one for them from here.
Although she did not have to bring me anything, Rose brought me flowers (pictured to the right), which my wife planted in our backyard.
Hi Fahim and Seema.
I can’t express enough thanks for all that you did for me to get my cell phone & charger back from the LaQuinta Hotel in Clearwater, FL. What should have taken a few days took a couple of weeks for the neglect of customer service at the hotel.
You went above and beyond for me by getting a mailing label from Fed-Ex and faxed it down to them. In their negligence they lost the first label and didn’t even bother to let you know. So ok, days later you were in touch with them and sent another.
Once again their neglect in customer service kept them from calling a FedEx [pickup] in their area for pick up of the package. And once again you took care of that phone call for me. At my age I am so not into the computer and 800’s numbers and you did all of that for me.
I do realize all the extra time you took to help me get my phone back. Gee it only took 2 weeks! lol
The customer service you provided me was well above board and I for one am so appreciative that we have you and your wife, and your mail store here on Grand Island.
Thanks again, Rose
So, it’s always great to #DoGoodFeelGood
Thank you for your trust.
