Thank you again for your continued trust and adherence to the new guidelines for our store. Here are some more important updates from the various shipping carriers, for whom we are authorized to ship:

1) FedEx:

A) As of June 1st, we will no longer provide FedEx Express air waybills in our store for you to fill out and ship using your account number. You are more than welcome to use your account number to ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express by processing the package online and bringing it in our store as a prepaid drop-off. If you have a preprinted label on your phone or computer, you can use our printing service to print out the label as well. Thank you for your understanding.

B) Since late March, most signatures on deliveries have been suspended. Drivers are delivering packages without obtaining signatures due to safety concerns from COVID-19. If you have a package that needs a signature, you will have to opt for “Adult Signature Required” when shipping out; this option does incur additional fees.

C) Our FedEx supplies (like boxes, paks, sleeves, etc) for Express shipments are quite limited so we encourage you to contact FedEx directly to obtain extra supplies for your shipping needs. Thank you again for your collaboration.

2) UPS:

A) UPS, like FedEx, has also waived most signature requirements on package deliveries. As a result, if your package requires a signature, please let one of our team members know in advance so that we can process it accordingly, using the “Adult Signature Required” method.

3) USPS:

A)The United States Postal Service has posted several delays to its Priority Mail and First Class services, along with a list of countries which can’t receive mail. There is also a large list of military zip codes that cannot receive any postal packages until further notice. This link has an extensive list for you to review.

As a result of these changes, we are not shipping any international packages via USPS (except to Canada). We will continue to use UPS or FedEx for all international package shipping until USPS is able to deliver to most countries again.

Thank you again for your trust and support. Every day, we receive more than 12-15 calls confirming if we are open for business; what’s more, we get more than 10 daily messages from guests thanking us for being there for them during this time of need so that they don’t have to go off island to ship their packages. We are truly honored to be of service and are taking as many precautions as possible to keep our team and our guests safe while in our facility.

With resilience, optimism, gratitude, and grace,

Fahim & Seema Mojawalla, Co-Owners
