Recently, we were honored to complete a pack job for one of our guests, who used to be an exhibition manager for a museum. We were truly honored, elated (and nervous) that he chose us for his wife’s family heirloom dishes to be safely packed and shipped to her sister’s place in the Sacramento area, to make more memories and continue the family’s tradition. These dishes were truly special and one of a kind. We made sure to come in after hours to dedicate time to safely pack them for transport, so that they could withstand much jiggling and movement during transit.

After delivery, we requested Mr. Yarwood and his lovely wife to send us feedback about the entire experience, which is, after all, what we aim to create at our Spa Of Shipping:  Positive, memorable, lasting experiences that last beyond generations. We were truly honored and grateful to receive the following note from this lovely couple:

March 2019, Kim James Yarwood …My wife and I recently had “Island Ship Center” professionally pack two large boxes of family heirloom dishes and other very old antique and ceramic objects. Their packing skills are very professional and of museum quality. Every single item made it to Sacramento, California through all those recent weather disasters and storms. My sister-in-law in California said that she could not compare the care and skill that went into this shipping project. THANK YOU ” Island Ship Center ” ! …we are a lucky community to have you !

Since Mr Yarwood’s background was involved with overseeing museum exhibits, his words truly meant a lot to us.

We are thankful and honored to be constantly learning from our mentors in this industry and look forward to serving all of you as well in the near future.

With gratitude and effervescence,

Fahim & Seema Mojawalla, Co-Owners
